When you register for and use SafeLife Assistant, we may collect the following personal information:

• Password (encrypted)

• Default data received from Apple App Store

• Any user-generated information provided in prompts or conversations with the AI assistant

We may also collect non-personal information that does not directly identify you, such as:

• Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version)

• Usage data (e.g., features used, time spent in the app)

• Error logs and performance data

• AWS: We share user data with Amazon Web Services for LLM (Large Language Model) inference processing.

• Mixpanel: We share usage data with Mixpanel for analytics purposes.

Data Retention and Security

Data Retention

We retain chat data for 14 days to allow you to access previous conversations. After this period, the data is permanently deleted from our systems and is no longer accessible to you, SafeLife, or AWS.

Security Measures

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information:

• Standard AWS and Amazon Bedrock security tools

• OAuth authentication for secure sign-ins

• Encryption of sensitive data

• Regular security assessments

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Access the personal information we have about you

• Correct inaccuracies in your personal information

• Request the deletion of your personal information

Age Restrictions

This Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

Geographic Restrictions

The App is provided for use only by persons located in the United States. If you use the App outside of the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

TestFlight-Specific Information

As a TestFlight beta tester, please be aware that:

• The App is in a testing phase and may contain bugs or errors

• We may collect additional diagnostic information about app crashes and performance

• The terms of this Privacy Policy apply throughout the beta testing period

• Apple may collect certain information as outlined in their TestFlight terms
